We specialise in the manufacture of high quality Scala penetrometer components in accordance with NZS 4402 test 6.5.2: 1988.

Our business is focused on customer satisfaction, with same day supply of components, or courier dispatch to our customers.

Repairs to clients’ penetrometers form a regular part of our business. Removal of broken threads from handles and anvils, straightening of bent extension rods and welding of fractured handles on hammers are all part of our expertise.

We also offer an after-hours supply and repair service to ensure our clients have a minimum of down time.

We have a gauge that enables you to check for wear on the point angle and also the diameter of the cone tip. This is important to ensure that it continues to meet the requirements of the New Zealand Standard.
