Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary depending on stock availability, manufacturing lead times, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. International shipping may be available upon request.
Freight Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately where required.
Additional charges may apply for rural delivery, oversized items, or international shipments.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the freight provider. We are not liable for delays caused by freight companies, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with The Penetrometer Specialists until payment has been received in full.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Customers should inspect all goods upon receipt.
Any shortages, damage, or delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photographs may be requested to assist with freight claims.
