Anvil Repair

If a rod has broken off inside your anvil, we offer a repair service to remove the obstruction and assess the condition of the anvil. This process typically involves extracting the broken rod and cleaning the internal threads where possible.

The listed price covers a basic repair for one anvil.

If additional work is required (for example severely seized rods, damaged threads, or specialised machining), additional charges may apply. We will contact you before proceeding if significant additional work is required.

If the anvil is found to be beyond repair, we can offer the option of a refurbished replacement (if available) or a new anvil.

Parts can be dropped off at our Christchurch workshop or shipped to us for repair. Return shipping will be invoiced once the repair is completed.
